So do I. I feel there’s this judgment often inherent in self reflection. Like it’s self indulgent and we haven’t got time for it in a world that deifies action (more often reaction). Though I believe that without it, there’s reactivity and not response. Transaction rather than connection.

Yes, there is something spiritual about just noticing. Quietens things and leads you right where you need to go.
